PROFILE

 My core competencies lie in the strategic realignment, restructuring and management of companies in the technology sector, with a particular focus on IT, cloud and BPO services. I have a very successful career in various management roles, ranging from C-level IT management positions at leading financial and logistics companies to the general management of European IT and service companies with more than 2,000 employees and over Euro 300 million in sales for an S+P 500 IT service provider.

In more than 25 years as a general manager, I have designed and developed a number of products, before guiding them to sustained national and international success. The centre of my focus has always been the long-term strategic and economic perspective for the companies and their employees. Maximum marketability, in conjunction with innovative and successful sales, has been the basis for above-average growth and exceptional profitability.

Beyond my skills as a general manager, I have always tried to identify, utilise and characterise future trends early on. In 2009, on the basis of resulting publications, I was appointed as a visiting professor for leadership and communication at the Berlin University of the Arts.
